Our Descaling Process

We, at Unic Chem Technologies India Pvt Ltd, possess extensive experience in descaling and chemical cleaning services for both industrial and commercial Plate Heat Exchangers. Our cleaning process can be carried out in two main ways:

Chemical Cleaning

Closed Circuit Circulation:
- Setup: Connect a circulation pump and pipes between the cleaning liquid storage tank and the PHE to form a closed circuit.
- Process: The cleaning liquid is continuously circulated through the PHE for 12 to 24 hours. This continuous flow helps dissolve and dislodge the sediment and scale deposits from the heat exchanger plates.
Immersion Cleaning:
- Preparation: Prepare the cleaning solution according to a specific ratio.
- Immersion: Place the solution in the PHE and let it stand for 5 to 10 hours. This allows the cleaning solution to soften and dissolve the scale.
- Final Step: Drain the cleaning liquid and circulate water through the PHE to neutralize any remaining cleaning agents.
